Suzanne taking time for Self!

I’m badly dating myself with that Tempos song title from 1959. But the old shoe fits. After THE busiest year of my life—and at the insistence of my beloved husband—I’m going to practice what I preach. On the heels of a milestone birthday August 10, I am taking a month off from blog duty for the express purpose of sinking and softening into my Self. Please keep on talking if you like, and I just might jump in. Meanwhile, I am beyond grateful for every one of you dear subscribers.

In case you missed it, here is the link to my funky interview on Her Social Network:

Here’s to radical self care!  I’m celebrating a milestone birthday in Sep-teh-em-ber and feel like I’m squeezing through the birth canal (again)!  The thing that strikes me as so different about this most recent re-birthing is the opportunity to ‘come clean’ via the writing of a book that has been yearning to live outside the confines of my mind. Suzanne, reading yours continues to provide the inspiration to allow myself to be written.  Enjoy your time!!

    Happy well deserved break!

Sounds like you’re going “back to school” in your own very special, very personal way…

May you enjoy your “sinking” time and come back refreshed and renewed.  I just read your interview and enjoyed your perspectives.

Thanks so much for taking time to read the WOW interview, Karen. That you “enjoyed” it is hugely encouraging right now, as I prepare to head into Halifax to do my first LIVE radio interview, which, believe it or not, lasts for 90 minutes — thankfully with musical interludes. Phew!
